At RoofingCAD, we are committed to providing reliable and timely aerial measurement reports. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through our platform (https://roofingcad.com and https://app.roofingcad.com).
Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:
- Pending Status: If the order status is marked as “Pending” in the user dashboard, you may cancel the order and request a full refund.
- Working Status: Once the order status changes to “Working,” the request enters processing and is no longer eligible for refund, except as provided below for rush orders.
For orders marked as “Rush,” a refund may be issued only under the following condition:
- The report is not delivered within the guaranteed turnaround time.
In such cases, the full amount charged for the rush order will be refunded in the form of Account Credits.
All refunds will be credited as non-transferable, non-refundable Account Credits, which may be used toward future orders through RoofingCAD. No cash or direct bank refunds will be issued.
To request a refund while the order is still in “Pending” status, you may use the cancellation feature on your dashboard or contact our support team at [email protected].
RoofingCAD reserves the right to review and determine the eligibility of all refund requests. The decision of the RoofingCAD team shall be final and binding.
