These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RoofingCAD ("RoofingCAD," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://roofingcad.com), our dashboard (https://app.roofingcad.com), or any services provided by RoofingCAD (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Services.
RoofingCAD reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
RoofingCAD reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled if submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information. Orders are deemed complete once made available in your dashboard, regardless of any email delivery issues.
Prices displayed on the website are for reference only and may change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for incorrect service selections, including misclassification of large or commercial properties.
Orders may be cancelled by the user only until they are marked as “Pending” on the dashboard. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued as non-transferable, non-refundable Account Credits, which may be used for future orders. Rush order fees will be refunded only if RoofingCAD fails to deliver within the promised timeframe.
Account Credits simplify the checkout process and may be purchased or issued as refunds. These credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
All service and transaction records are accessible via the dashboard for up to six months from the date of order creation, after which they may be deleted.
Orders can be placed 24/7. Processing and fulfillment occur only during RoofingCAD’s regular business days and hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the following business day.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or in any way that may impair or interfere with the Services or their operation. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
RoofingCAD, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All data and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RoofingCAD relies on third-party imagery, tools, and software and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any report. Users assume all responsibility for the use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoofingCAD, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The Services may include links or references to third-party websites or tools. RoofingCAD does not control or endorse third-party content and assumes no liability for their use.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Denton County, Texas.
